Stylage® XL is a premium, sterile, non-pyrogenic physiological cross-linked sodium hyaluronate dermal filler developed by Laboratoires VIVACY (France). Utilizing VIVACY’s proprietary IPN-Like Technology (InterPenetrated Cross-Linked Networks), it combines two distinct monophasic cross-linked HA networks to achieve high viscoelasticity and lifting power ($G’$) while retaining smooth extrusion and biological malleability.

To protect the hydrogel and surrounding tissues, Stylage XL is enriched with Mannitol, a natural thermal- and bio-protective antioxidant. Mannitol acts as a free-radical scavenger, neutralizing the reactive oxygen species (ROS) triggered by needle trauma during injection. This significantly reduces immediate post-treatment swelling, erythema, and oxidative degradation of the hyaluronic acid chains. Delivered via VIVACY’s ergonomic Bi-Soft® syringe system, Stylage XL enables controlled placement for midface volume deficits and facial oval contouring.
